Delivery in France

We use Colissimo, the shipping service of La Poste for delivering in metropolitan France.

Delivery time : Between 2 to 3 days.

The package is delivered at the address indicated on the order form by their postman. In the case that you are absent, you shall receive a notice of passage from the postman, allowing you to withdraw the package from the local post office. Generally it shall be keep in the local post office for a maximum of 15 days.

 

Delivery in Europe, Canada and International

 

Mydelivengo and IMX are international shipping services specialized into small packages.

These shipping networks rely on partnerships between national postal services of different countries.

The packets are distributed by postal operators in the country of destination, in mailbox. In case of absence or unavailability of the recipient, the customer is notified of the passage of the postman and can recover his package in post office. Generally it shall be keep in the local post office for a maximum of 10 to 15 days.
