Warranty

The products of Sendhit.net are subject to regular quality controls, and quality is our top priority. Therefore, Sendhit's Products come with a standard 1-year warranty period. This warranty covers any manufacturing defect. 

If there is a problem with the product you order on www.sendhit.net, please do not hesitate to contact us.

After verifying the problem, we will offer a standard exchange at our expenses. If the model is no longer available, Sendhit.net reserves the right to replace it with an equivalent item. In that case, we will inform you beforehand.

There is no warranty for:

• Improper handling or use
• Wear caused by use
• Non-observance of instructions for use or conservation
• Damage caused by falls/accidents

Warranty claims are at the discretion of Sendhit.net. Sendhit.net is not liable for damages, in particular for indirect, indirect and consequential damages. Material defects and warranty claims can only be asserted by the first owner with a valid proof of purchase.
